Delivery


We will deliver your order using a third-party carrier, Tracxlogis JP. 

Usually, your order will be delivered within 14 business days after we confirm that the order has been placed.

Please note that shipment of your order may be delayed due to a high volume of orders or our shipping process.

Deliveries of pre-ordered items may require additional time. Please kindly check the estimated delivery date before placing your order.

Please note that delivery services are generally not available on weekends and public holidays in Japan.

We offer free shipping.

*If the order is returned to us as undeliverable because it was not collected within the designated storage period, we will process a refund for the item through the credit card company you used for the payment. In this case, we kindly ask for your understanding that the shopper is responsible for the payment of the shipping costs (actual costs) of the returned item.

As a general rule, we do not redeliver the undelivered items. We kindly ask that you collect your order. 


Tariff


We kindly ask for your understanding that, in all cases, the shopper is responsible for the payment of custom fees applied to their orders, as well as providing any documents required by the customs authorities of the country where you receive your order.

All fees related to such include the consumption tax of the destination country (applied to the total amount of the order), tariff on the item price (approximately 6% for the European Union), and handling fees charged by the shipping carrier.

Tracxlogis JP charges shoppers the applicable delivery fee.

For shoppers in the United States:

- Items in orders with a value of $800 or less will be exempted from import tax in accordance with the de minimis rule in the U.S.

- For orders exceeding $800, import taxes or tariffs may be imposed based on the decision made by the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

To comply with laws related to international tariff and to avoid import duties, we do not split an order into multiple shipments.

If you would like to keep the total value of items under $800 threshold, please consider using the following methods:

- Place your orders with multiple shipments to keep your order with a value of $ 800.

- Please note that each order is handled and delivered separately and has a different tracking number.

For shoppers in Australia: Orders under 1,000 AUD are considered "low value imported goods" according to the Austria Taxation Office.

From July 1, 2018, tariff may be imposed to all items that have been imported into Australia by consumers in Australia.

For shoppers in Canada: Shoppers are required to pay applicable tariffs and Goods and Services Tax (GST) for their orders under 20 CAD.

Please refer to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) website for more details.

For shoppers in Singapore: Shoppers are required to pay applicable tariffs and GST for their orders under 400 SGD.

For shoppers in mainland China: We ship your order via EMS. Import customs rarely hold parcels sent via EMS, but if they are subjected to inspection, applicable taxes may be imposed.

Instead of import duties and value-added tax, "Percel Tax" is imposed. The tax rates vary depending on the type of items, typically 13%, 20%, or 50%. For tableware, the rate should be 13% of the item price.

However, please note that this is subject to frequent changes and cannot be guaranteed. Shoppers are exempted from paying this parcel tax if the total amount of tax is less than 50 yuan.

In addition, there is a limitation on import price, so shoppers are required to purchase items with the following restrictions:

- Purchase restrictions for a single order: 5,000 yuan

- Annual purchase restrictions: 26,000 yuan

For shoppers in the EU: The total amount of your order is calculated based on the item price and shipping fee under the EU Directive

We kindly ask for your understanding that the shopper is responsible for the payment of both VAT Value-Added Tax) and import duties on the total amount.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges


We do not accept cancellations, returns, and exchanges due to the shopper's convenience.

In the event that an item is defective or an incorrect item is delivered, we will replace the item.

We do not replace the item unless we are notified within 3 days of delivery.

* If we do not have the item in stock, we will refund the money for the item.

* Please note that we are unable to issue a refund for the item returned to us without prior notice.

* Please return the item via Cash on Delivery.

Order tracking

Delivery method and tracking number for your order are included in the shipping confirmation email.

Please use the tracking service provided by the courier to track your order.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email:

We send you an order confirmation email once we receive your order.

Change of order

We do not accept changes to your order, additional orders, cancellations, joint shipments, and returns or exchanges due to a shopper's convenience.
